Interpret/adapt client cell therapy processes for Cellares; plan workflow scale-up experiments
Develop process diagrams and flowcharts for new and existing processes
Create project plans, timelines, and reports; address blockers during execution
Maintain primary cell lines
Leukopak processing: isolation, activation, gene modification, expansion, cryopreservation

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in bio/chem eng, biology, or related; 4-10 yrs in cell/gene therapy process development
Aseptic technique and primary immune cell culture experience
Experience with semi-automated instruments and LIMS; troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Technical writing: SOPs and reports
Familiarity with flow cytometry and cell-based assays
