Identify market gaps for men’s soap aligned with brand voice.
Become expert in cold process soap at lab scale.
Create soap batches in R&D lab to test ingredients, design, fragrance.
Research raw materials; build supplier relationships to test ingredients.
Manage R&D project timelines; coordinate with Ops/Marketing/Product to scale/launch.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar science.
1-2 years of laboratory experience.
Cosmetic product development experience, natural products or cold process soaps.
Familiarity with GLP and GDP; FDA-regulated environment preferred.
Strong interest in health and wellness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
