📋 Description

• Lead and complete customer third-party assessments.
• Evaluate requirements and complexity; submit via Excel, portals, documents.
• Gather input from SMEs for new questions; ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize daily tasks; manage multiple assessments to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, SMEs, and customers on timelines and progress.
• Recommend improvements to RFI processes to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, law or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of IT Security, Sustainability, Privacy & Compliance, Physical Security.
• Ability to evaluate assessments and identify gaps and risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assessments.
• Act as voice of the customer internally and challenge the organization to meet expectations.
