📋 Description

  • Manage and grow assigned host accounts, delivering YoY sales growth.
  • Develop and execute host-focused sales strategy to build pipeline.
  • Manage full sales cycle for host accounts: prospecting, contracting.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Directors to align opportunities and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to run consortia programs, events and promotions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide insights on opportunities and risks.
  • Track host business performance: revenue, leads, bookings, metrics; report to VP.
  • Represent Kensington Tours at domestic and international trade shows and events.
  • Track forecasts and revenue targets for host business.
