- Provide Coverage Determination status, including exceptions and appeals.
- Document PA requests; track inquiries per federal and company policies.
- Front-line handling of all communications with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent work experience).
- 1+ years in Pharmacy or member services call center.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Remote work: stable, secure internet; dedicated workspace observing HIPAA and PHI.
- 40 hrs/week Mon-Sun; holidays; 8-hr shifts 8am-8pm AST.
- Active Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
