📋 Description

  • Handle calls, emails, faxes, and web requests from pharmacies, beneficiaries, prescribers.
  • Use Rx Platform and other resources to resolve caller needs.
  • Meet CMS/client SLA: 80% in SLA, <5% abandon, <30s response.
  • Provide Coverage Determination status, including exceptions and appeals.
  • Document PA requests; track inquiries per federal and company policies.
  • Front-line handling of all communications with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years in Pharmacy or member services call center.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Remote work: stable, secure internet; dedicated workspace observing HIPAA and PHI.
  • 40 hrs/week Mon-Sun; holidays; 8-hr shifts 8am-8pm AST.
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
