📋 Description

  • Manage all incoming calls, emails, faxes, and web requests.

  • Document PA requests and inquiries per policies.
  • Address customer issues: complaints, payments, benefits, eligibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent).
  • 1+ year in pharmacy, PBM, or call center settings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual Spanish-English required.
  • Remote work: stable internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
  • 40 hours/week; any 8-hour shift 8am-8pm AST.
