- Document PA requests, inquiries, and resolutions per policies.
- Answer questions and recommend corrective actions for complaints, payments, and eligibility.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent work experience).
- 1+ years in a Pharmacy or Member Services Call Center, Retail or Hospital Pharmacy Setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual Spanish and English required.
- Remote work: stable internet, dedicated workspace, HIPAA and PHI compliance.
- Available to work 40 hours/week, including holidays, within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM AST.
