📋 Description

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes, and web requests from pharmacies and prescribers.
  • Meet service levels: 80% SLA, <5% abandoned calls, <30s response.
  • Rejection support, including overrides.
  • Provide Coverage Determination status to clients, including exceptions and appeals.
  • Document PA requests, inquiries, and resolutions per policies.
  • Answer questions and recommend corrective actions for complaints, payments, and eligibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years in a Pharmacy or Member Services Call Center, Retail or Hospital Pharmacy Setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual Spanish and English required.
  • Remote work: stable internet, dedicated workspace, HIPAA and PHI compliance.
  • Available to work 40 hours/week, including holidays, within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM AST.
