Enforce compliance across the organization and all departments.
Provide training to teams on regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement compliance improvement plans; delegate tasks to other departments.
Prepare for and conduct audits with external authorities; develop reports to governing body.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in health plan compliance
2+ years with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA rules and requirements
2+ years experience managing high-volume and complicated projects
CHC, CCEC, or similar (bonus points)
Fluency with State DOI audit and/or reporting obligations
