  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and laws; review operational practices.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures; perform regulatory reviews.
  • Enforce compliance across the organization and all departments.
  • Provide training to teams on regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance improvement plans; delegate tasks to other departments.
  • Prepare for and conduct audits with external authorities; develop reports to governing body.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
  • 2+ years with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA rules and requirements
  • 2+ years experience managing high-volume and complicated projects
  • CHC, CCEC, or similar (bonus points)
  • Fluency with State DOI audit and/or reporting obligations
