• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and laws.
• Review ops practices; create and enforce policies and procedures.
• Perform regulatory reviews and enforce compliance across the business.
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans.
• Prepare reports for the governing body and assist audits.
• Train team members on regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance.
• 2+ years with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA rules.
• 2+ years managing high-volume, detail-oriented projects.
