Monitor the PA work to meet SLA and ensure data integrity.
Identify bottlenecks and move files forward with interventions.
Own PA submission integrity by ensuring upstream data is complete before submission.
Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Records, and Denials teams.
Investigate payer and vendor anomalies; recommend workflow changes.
Develop and refine PA workflow tracking and hand-offs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2–4 years in healthcare revenue cycle.
PA submission knowledge and payor policy familiarity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
Strong analytical communication and collaboration.
Strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality.
