- Support RI strategies, maintain ESG databases, run ESG screens, and assist RI initiatives.
- Assist client needs: respond to information requests, contribute to reporting, and prepare client materials.
- Coordinate with ESG Group, Legal & Compliance, and Proxy Voting Committee for RI alignment.
- Contribute to RI thought-leadership: draft articles, presentations, and external content.
- Assist investment teams in incorporating material ESG factors into analysis and research.
- Research emerging ESG topics and track RI regulations for portfolio implications.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, sustainability, environmental studies, or related discipline.
- 2–4+ years of experience at an asset manager, asset owner, investment advisor, or ESG data provider.
- Progress toward CFA designation or CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing (or similar).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative ESG information.
- Experience managing and analyzing ESG or financial datasets to support research and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and collaborative.
