📋 Description

• Create reports using web tools, open-source data, client info, and case mgmt system.
• Write clear, concise, researched client reports using public records and databases.
• Use judgement to complete research, writing, and editing across products and jurisdictions.
• Determine and escalate risk factors to the case manager.
• Manage case lifecycle, workload, and pipeline; communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with a multinational team to achieve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient English/Spanish language skills preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
