  • Remote work-from-home opportunity in BAYADA's Customer Care Center
  • Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
  • Ensure referrals are thorough, accurate and complete

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • College Degree required
  • 2-3 yearsโ€™ experience in Healthcare, Intake, or Contact Center may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • 1 year of work experience (to include internships), required.
  • Proven success in healthcare setting, contact center, and/or remote work, required.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
