- Receive, document, and process incoming referrals

- College Degree required
- 2-3 yearsโ experience in Healthcare, Intake, or Contact Center may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 1 year of work experience (to include internships), required.
- Proven success in healthcare setting, contact center, and/or remote work, required.
- Ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced call center environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
