🎯 Requirements
- 1-2+ years in recruiting, talent coordination, sourcing, or HR.
- Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Clear, professional English communication.
- Experience with ATS/HR systems (Ashby preferred; Notion/Rippling a plus).
- High ownership, curiosity, and desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
