Associate Recruiter – Emerging Talent

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for interns, entry-level, and new grads.
• Source high-potential students at universities and colleges.
• Create and post job descriptions on job boards and social channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews end-to-end.
• Promote Hut 8's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Plan university career fairs, hackathons, and campus events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiar with sourcing tools: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
• Must be able to work 5 days onsite in Miami, Brickell.
