- Assist with job postings, screening coordination, and offer process.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring operations and reduce time-to-fill.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-2+ years in recruiting, talent coordination, sourcing, or HR (agency or digital marketing a plus).
- Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and cross-functional roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple open roles.
- Clear, professional communication skills in English.
- Experience with ATS and HR systems (Ashby preferred; Notion and Rippling a plus).
- High ownership, curiosity, and a desire to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
