Coordinate day-to-day hiring activities across teams.
Source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, messaging, boards, referrals.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
Maintain candidate data and pipeline in Ashby.
Assist with postings, screening, and offer support.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve operations and reduce time-to-fill.

🎯 Requirements

1-2+ years in recruiting, talent coordination, sourcing, or HR.
Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce.
Strong attention to detail; organized across multiple roles.
Clear, professional English communication.
Experience with ATS/HR systems; Ashby preferred (Notion, Rippling a plus).
High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to grow quickly.
