  • Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of quality improvement projects.
  • Support ongoing projects within Oscar's Quality Improvement Department.
  • Ensure activities meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure regulatory alignment with Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, and NCQA.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and track progress toward milestones.

🎯 Requirements

  • Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation standards & guidelines.
  • 3+ years of PM/operational experience in health insurance.
  • 3+ years experience in change management and process improvement.
  • 3+ years stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience with data systems such as Looker and Periscope.
