Design and implement testing strategies for our conversational AI across accuracy, relevance, and tone.
Develop and maintain automated test suites and regression tests for dialogue flows.
Build and manage diverse test datasets to identify failures and bugs.
Support monitoring and alerting to track AI quality in production.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather direct AI feature feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, JavaScript, Selenium, Pytest).
Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
Critical thinking about user interactions and test case design for dynamic systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
