Review provider data issues and scale solutions via impact analysis.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
Understand business requirements; build and manage project plans; document decisions.
Develop risk mitigation and change management strategies.
Report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations.
This is a remote role; Dallas-based eligibility; possible future hybrid hub.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience.
3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, or consulting.
2+ years SQL and Excel experience.
2+ years end-to-end project management experience.
2+ years designing/improving workflows and procedures.
2+ years Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement.
