Lead cross-functional projects on provider data issues, incl. analysis, stakeholders, testing
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan proactive data-issue solutions, including comms and change management
Identifies trends in provider data issues and scales solutions using analytics
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, or consulting
2+ years using SQL and Excel
2+ years end-to-end project management
2+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up procedures
2+ years applying Lean Six Sigma
