Associate - Project Manager I

📋 Description

• As a mid-level project management role, the Associate - Project Manager I works to serve and develop long-term relationships with clients, enabling the team to win work, deliver on those projects, and get paid for the work completed.
• This individual will manage resources and workload assignments, mentor and develop team members, review project financial metrics, ensure business processes are followed, and help bring work into the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (business administration or construction management preferred) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in telecom/security/audiovisual/network design for facilities projects
• Minimum 5 years with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Asana)
• Minimum 5 years in a consulting role
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, G Suite, MS Office 365, Asana, Slack
• PMP is a plus; other industry certifications (RCDD, CPP, CDT, CTS-D, PSP) are a plus
