Lead projects of low to moderate complexity with senior support
Be primary client contact, updating on project progress and satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to move projects through all phases
Develop and maintain project schedules; track milestones; manage cross-functional risks
Serve as SME on client clinical study protocol
Report project health and profitability to stakeholders
Conduct end-user training
Manage issue resolution for maintenance studies, including troubleshooting
