Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, and provide status updates.
Design IRT solutions to meet study requirements based on protocol and client input.
Document all requirements and participate in specification reviews.
Manage project schedules and scope, and track tasks to meet milestones.
Travel to client sites for meetings and user training.
