Lead customer implementation projects end-to-end from kickoff to post-go-live.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation and set clear expectations.
Facilitate technical discussions and translate requirements into plans.
Support change management: scope, timelines, and issue resolution.
Maintain up-to-date project docs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
SaaS experience; familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail systems.
Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Rocketlane, or similar tools.
Comfort discussing APIs, data mapping, and JSON; strong stakeholder communication.
