- Respond to requests related to project data in ERP.
- Review contracts to determine project group and revenue recognition methods.
- Import contract budgets into ERP to ensure revenue accrual after project start.
- Import contract payment schedules into ERP; monitor billing status for timely invoicing.
- Assist with project final reconciliation to ensure data is cleaned and reconciled before close.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate collaboration across time zones (US ET).
- Experience in accounting, finance operations, project finance, audit, or related areas.
- Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred).
