• Independently drive end-to-end projects from ideation to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in program management or product operations
• Own multiple workstreams end-to-end with limited oversight
• Technical literacy; comfortable with cross-functional tech discussions
• Analytical skills; SQL or data visualization a plus
• Strong communication; summarize for varied audiences
• Interest in regulatory/compliance landscapes; high accountability
