Assist cross-functional sub-teams to plan, execute, and track NDA deliverables.
Set up meetings, draft agendas/minutes, and track actions to completion.
Identify issues affecting plan execution and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely communication on activity status, milestones, risks, and resources.
Remote US-based role with certain state restrictions.

🎯 Requirements

MS or BS in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
3+ years pharma/biotech drug development; at least 1 year PM.
Experience with clinical development phases mandatory.
Proficiency in PM software/tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, highly organized; able to manage detailed workflows.
