Define and manage cross-functional programs aligned with product strategy and goals
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate priorities into roadmaps
Establish milestones, track progress, manage risks and dependencies
Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams with accountability
Own the feature intake process; ensure work is well-defined and prioritized
Facilitate planning and discovery across Product, Tech PMs, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in PM/TPM/PMO within software or tech
SaaS/FinTech/payments platform experience
Jira and Confluence familiarity
Customer-facing platforms or OT systems experience
Hardware-software integration exposure (kiosks, IoT)
Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
