Develop production and inventory plans with Supply Planning Director.
Identify shortages and develop recovery plans; advise Purchasing of status.
Release manufacturing orders based on MRP and coordinate flow of material.
Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials and packaging.
Coordinate material movement across vendors, warehouse, and production floor.
Develop, track, and improve key performance metrics aligned with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field
2-5 years of related experience in manufacturing planning or materials planning
APICS certification a plus
ERP/MRP systems experience; MS Dynamics (F&O) a plus
Lean, Agile and SCRUM experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
