Manage production from design handoff to finished product.
Develop and source fabrics, yarns, trims; obtain fabric, lab dip, and trims approvals.
Ensure tech pack turnovers to sourcing partners.
Resolve issues in development/production and quality.
Coordinate with merchant, product dev, import, and traffic for on-time delivery.
Hybrid role; work from HQ in City of Industry, CA three days a week.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years product development in retail/wholesale with overseas offices.
Experience with licensed products a plus.
Organized, great communicator; detail-oriented; proficient in Excel.
Well versed in reviewing garment test reports.
Sourcing, manufacturing, and costing ability; strong negotiator.
Some travel; team player.
