Manage production from design handoff to finished product.
Source fabrics, yarns, trims; obtain fabric/lab dip approvals.
Troubleshoot development/production and quality issues.
Collaborate with merchant and product development to meet vision and updates on deliveries.
Partner with import, vendor relations, and traffic to coordinate on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years product development exp in retail/wholesale with overseas offices.
Experience with licensed product a plus.
Organized, great communicator; detail oriented; proficient in Excel.
Well versed in reviewing garment test reports.
Sourcing, manufacturing and cost management wizard.
Some travel may be required.
