Associate, Product Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Conduct regulatory, safety, and performance testing per protocols.
• Support lab operations: equipment setup, calibration, and test execution.
• Support global compliance and wholesale expansion; escalate issues.
• Document testing: record data, prepare reports, maintain docs.
• Data analysis: compile and interpret test data; identify trends and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase lab efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and testing protocols (REACH, ASTM, ISO, CPSIA).
• Understanding of textile/yarn manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience operating a product performance testing lab.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
