Associate Product Manager - Data Projects

📋 Description

• Understand company strategy and its link to product scope.
• Become product expert for scope; define functionality and value.
• Voice of the customer to scrum team; partner with Eng/UX.
• Maintain backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with senior PMs; grow mindset to maximize value.
• Oversee data-to-insight pipeline: ingestion, normalization, deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, CS, or healthcare field.
• 1-3 years in Product mgmt or related; health tech SaaS preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, Big Data, AI/ML.
• Understanding of healthcare data (Quality Programs, Claims).
• Familiar with data structures, SQL, Python, PowerBI, React, Databricks.
• Data-driven; able to deliver timely reports.
