Associate Product Manager - AI First

📋 Description

• Partner with Head of Product on roadmap, prioritization, and strategy.
• Use AI tools to generate user stories, synthesize feedback, draft specs.
• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery to post-launch adoption.
• Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, instrument analytics, read results.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear requirements for engineers.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and stay fluent in AI and marketing tech to ship quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• You are AI-native — you build with AI, you reason with AI, and workflows are AI-centered.
• You’ve shipped something real: a side project, a capstone, an app, or tool.
• You’re fast, clear communicator—written, verbal, and in whiteboard sessions.
• Based in NYC (tri-state) and can commit to 3–4 days in Midtown.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, or AI-assisted product development.
