Serve as bridge between clients and SCRUM development team.
Translate customer requirements into User Stories, prototypes, and test cases.
Work with SCRUM Team to ensure features are implemented and tested on time.
Create customer-facing docs: manuals, help files, release notes, best practices.
Manage customer expectations on feature development, releases, and training.
Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in product management or related roles.
Experience with software development and testing, preferably Agile.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
