Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Support product roadmaps across Raft’s core lines; track progress and capture feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering on delivery milestones and executive briefings.
• Assist business development tasks including RFI/RFP responses and briefs.
• Interface with DoD customers and stakeholders to relay requirements.
• Assist Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs and sprint docs.
• Develop internal docs and product collateral; adapt to shifting priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years in product management, project coordination, or related role.
• Bachelor’s in a STEM field; comfortable talking with engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex info.
• Able to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Personable, collaborative; confident with executives and stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agile basics and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
