Work on multiple engineering projects to develop, validate, and launch new products.
Plan and coordinate engineering activities with cross-functional teams for design and tooling improvements.
Support prototype builds and trial runs to evaluate performance and cost feasibility.
Coordinate product testing with R&D; translate results into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain product SOPs, specifications, and BOMs for readiness and production.
Create and maintain engineering documentation including exploded views and drawings.

🎯 Requirements

Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Experience with extrusion, metal die casting, and injection molding.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD tools.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Travel approximately 10-15%.
