Develop seamless and cut-and-sew styles from concept to production.
Own assigned styles and development tasks with guidance from Senior Product Development.
Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production and Color teams to maintain product integrity.
Manage style development tracking, seasonal WIPS and key milestones.
Maintain PLM data including BOMs and cost sheets with high accuracy.
Base salary range: $80,000-$85,000 per year; varies by location.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in apparel product development, activewear preferred
Understanding of Seamless and/or Swimwear is a plus
Knowledge of garment construction, testing protocols, lifecycle timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and urgency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and PLM systems
Self-starter; able to multi-task and collaborate across teams
