🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in design/UX with a strong portfolio.
- Portfolio showing strong craft and visual excellence for apps.
- Expertise in Figma: components, auto layout, variants, prototyping.
- Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking.
- Animation or motion design experience is a big plus.
- Comfortable receiving feedback; enjoys collaborating with other designers.
