Associate Product Counsel, Consumer Revenue

📋 Description

• Serve as key legal advisor on digital goods, subscriptions, and virtual currency.
• Advise on consumer protection laws across jurisdictions for revenue products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, and Compliance to translate requirements.
• Develop playbooks, templates, training materials, and scalable legal processes.
• Monitor emerging digital commerce, marketplaces, and gaming law developments; advise impact.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Commercial, Marketing, Litigation & Regulatory, and IP teams for guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligible to register in-house.
• 4+ years of legal experience in consumer tech (firm/in-house).
• Counsel product teams on consumer protection, privacy, and digital commerce.
• Strong business judgment; practical, creative legal advice.
• Build cross-functional relationships; explain complex legal concepts.
