📋 Description

• Lead game development with Producer and Directors, within deadlines and budget.
• Manage day-to-day team operations; coordinate with game management to meet milestones.
• Work with the Producer to identify sprints and quarterly goals.
• Perform risk analyses and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment between product vision, priorities, and team capacity for delivery.
• Guide and manage Project Managers and Team Leads to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Have shipped a game from pre-production to launch as Associate Producer.
• 8+ years in the video game industry, including at least 5 years in game production.
• 3+ years of experience managing project managers and/or team leads.
• Have shipped at least one game, or have experience working on a live game.
• Data-driven and proficient in evaluating the team's workload vs capacity.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
