• Lead game development with Producers and Directors within budget and deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day team operations with close communication to hit milestones.
• Identify sprints and quarterly goals with the Producer.
• Perform regular risk analyses and mitigation plans.
• Align product vision, quality, priorities with team capacity.
• Guide and manage a team to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in the video game industry, including 5+ years in game production.
• Minimum of 3 years in relevant team-management experience.
• Have led the development of a game from pre-production to launch as Associate Producer.
• Have shipped at least one game or worked on a live game.
• Data-driven and proficient in evaluating workload vs capacity.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A plus: Have worked on a live game.
