📋 Description

• Take incoming calls and emails for order placement, confirmation, and tracking.
• Maintain customer relationships with prompt responses and follow-up.
• Learn procurement, fulfillment, and distribution activities for service and support offices.
• Support supplier relationships, performance oversight, and supplier metrics.
• Implement sourcing activities for purchasing materials or services.
• Support supplier enablement in Workday, including onboarding and setup of new suppliers.
