Lead end-to-end ops improvements and workflow projects.
Develop training materials, communications, and docs to reduce friction.
Partner with business owners to implement scalable procedural countermeasures reducing manual workarounds.
Mentor team members and support growth.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in health insurance/health system or related field
2+ years end-to-end project management
2+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
