Develop training materials, clear communications, and update internal knowledge bases.
Partner with business owners to implement scalable process controls and replace manual workarounds.
Mentor team members and promote colleagues growth.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years' work experience in health insurance or health systems
2+ years end-to-end project management experience
2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
