📋 Description

• Lead small-to-mid-scale multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming through closeout to TEECOM standards.
• Mentor Designers and engineers; contribute to training resources.
• Improve TEECOM systems, standards, and workflows; document decisions.
• Build client relationships; contribute to pursuits and thought leadership.
• Develop TEECOM talent and reinforce disciplined engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC/Telecom/ICT with Structured Cabling/Low Voltage.
• Lead discipline portions on mid-to-large projects; guide designers/engineers.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Office 365, GitHub.
• Industry certs preferred: RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, PMP.
• Strong ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs; cross-discipline coordination.
