Associate Principal - Telecom

📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-size multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming through closeout; clarify requirements and design.
• Mentor Designers and engineers with guidance, reviews, and feedback.
• Contribute to TEECOM’s system; improve standards, tools, and workflows via GitHub.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and reliability.
• Develop thought-leadership content; participate in pursuits and interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related with telecom/ICT, structured cabling, low voltage.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects; guide Designers/engineers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.
• Strong engineering judgment; cross-discipline coordination; documentation standards.
• Industry certifications preferred: RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, PMP.
