Associate Principal - Security

📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming through closeout; coordinate design and decisions.
• Mentor Designers and engineers; provide guidance and timely feedback.
• Improve TEECOM standards, tools, and workflows; contribute to GitHub.
• Build client relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
• Support pursuits and develop technical content such as blogs or papers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related with ICT, Security, physical or electronic security.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; GitHub.
• PSP/CPP (Security), CDT, EIT, PE, PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery workflows and cross-discipline coordination.
