📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-size multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide teams, coordinate design, and document decisions for constructability.
• Mentor Designers and engineers to grow discipline capability.
• Mentor or mentee; develop leadership readiness through feedback.
• Contribute to TEECOM’s system: reviews, standards, and workflows.
• Build client relationships and communicate decisions clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC with discipline-specific capability (ICT/Physical/Electronic Security).
• Leads discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects and coordinates across teams.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; GitHub.
• Certifications: PSP/CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, PMP preferred.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to deliver accurate designs.
